Week 7 · PHI vs DAL · Final
Every point
is a rep
Push-ups and sit-ups, every day until the next game. Win, and it’s the Eagles’ score. Lose, and you add the other team’s too.
Day 5 of 6 · this window
The Birds dropped it, so it is their 21 PLUS DAL's 38 — 59.
Tap a day when it’s paid

Twenty-four? That's a warm-up. I played sixty minutes both ways and nobody handed me a progress tracker.

The math
Full rules →01
The Eagles play
Every week the Birds put a number on the board. That number is your workout.
02
Win or lose changes the math
Eagles win? Your number of reps are their points. Eagles lose? You do their points PLUS their opponents’. Losing hurts twice.
03
Seven straight days
That many push-ups AND that many sit-ups, every single day, until the next game resets it.

Read the math, genius. They win, you pay once. They lose, you pay twice. Either way you're paying.

I caught a fourth-and-26 to save a season. You're worried about a Monday nighter.
